Role description
Tomorrow Things is building the data backbone for the AI-driven factory of the future. Our Things OS platform auto-connects industrial machines — delivering secure, standardized, and quality-assured machine data to power next-generation industrial intelligence.

As we continue to scale rapidly, we’re looking for a Chief of Staff to join our ambitious, fast-moving team and work directly alongside our CEO and leadership. In this role, you’ll act as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, driving key initiatives, improving operations, and enabling effective cross-company collaboration. You’ll be a force multiplier — helping the team stay focused, move faster, and deliver on our mission to transform manufacturing.
In this role, you will
✅ Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, helping prioritize initiatives and manage daily operations
✅ Drive cross-functional projects from idea to execution, ensuring accountability and measurable outcomes
✅ Prepare board decks, investor reports, and executive presentations
✅ Support investor relations and fundraising as a point of contact for investors and stakeholders
✅ Enhance internal communications and promote alignment across teams
✅ Identify and lead process improvements to help us scale efficiently
✅ Provide strategic and analytical support on key business decisions
✅ Step in as needed to lead special projects across product, operations, and go-to-market
What you bring
🔹 2–3 years of experience in consulting, venture capital, or an early-stage tech startup
🔹 Outstanding project management and organizational skills
🔹 Excellent written and verbal communication — clear, concise, persuasive
🔹 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
🔹 High emotional intelligence and ability to build trust across stakeholders
🔹 Proactive, hands-on attitude — you’re a self-starter who takes ownership
