Digital Marketing Manager – B2B SaaS

Tomorrow Things is an intelligent automation platform to create digital twins of technical assets. Complex, error-prone, and cost-intense manual integrations are being substituted by technology. Blueprints connect assets with a mouse click so that customers can collect and stream data for enhanced decision-making, improved operational efficiency, and optimized sustainability. The blueprint technology supports plug-and-produce and drives interoperability within the ecosystem. It allows for third-party applications on top of digitalized assets.

Job Desciption

As a digital Marketing Manager at Tomorrow Things, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our digital marketing strategies. Working with the CEO, you will be responsible for planning, executing, organizing and optimizing our paid and organic social media campaigns, as well as leveraging Tools for email marketing. Additionally, you'll provide critical support for events and other ad hoc activity and have the chance to work on groundbreaking tech projects.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing social media paid campaigns across multiple platforms in B2B SaaS / IoT.

  • Proficiency in using HubSpot/Active Campaign for email marketing and automation.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on data.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Creative thinking and the ability to craft compelling ad copy.

  • Highly organised and detail-oriented.

  • English and German written and verbal (proficient level).

Responsibilities

Paid Media Campaigns:

  • Using software, develop and execute comprehensive targeted paid social media advertising strategies across platforms like LinkedIn.

  • Create and manage paid campaigns, optimising for performance and ROI.

  • Conduct A/B testing and analyse data to refine ad creatives, targeting, and budget allocation.

  • Monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Email Marketing:

  • Utilise tools to design and implement email marketing campaigns, including lead nurturing, drip campaigns, and newsletters.

  • Segment and target the email list for personalised and relevant content.

  • Monitor email performance, analyse open and click-through rates, and adjust campaigns for maximum engagement.

  • Collaborate with content manager / freelancers to ensure email content aligns with content strategies.

Organic Social Media:

  • Develop and execute organic social media strategies to build and engage our online community.

  • Collaborate with content manager / freelancers to create and share engaging and relevant content.

  • Monitor and respond to social media conversations and trends.

Wider Marketing Support:

  • Provide critical support in planning and executing marketing activities for company events, round tables, sponsorships and ad hoc initiatives

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event marketing.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Regularly review and report on the performance of all marketing activities, including campaign performance, email engagement, and ROI.

  • Present findings and recommendations to the marketing team and management.
