  • Drive initiatives that foster a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative company culture

  • Partner with leadership to support organizational development, role design, and team structures

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations across jurisdictions (with external advisors)

  • Champion Tomorrow Things’ values and help embed them into our day-to-day practices

What you bring

  • 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or People Ops role

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor law (EU/Germany a plus)

  • Hands-on experience managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust across diverse teams

  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset — you love creating scalable processes from scratch

  • Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment with ambiguity and autonomy

What we offer

  • Shape the future of sustainable, AI-driven manufacturing

  • Build and scale the people function in a mission-driven, growing startup

  • Collaborate with a passionate, international, and supportive team

  • Work fully remote (with optional hybrid in Bonn)

  • Competitive salary + meaningful equity

  • Opportunity for career growth as we scale globally
