Role description

As a Technical Service Manager, you will lead the delivery and evolution of our AI-human hybrid service model. You’ll be responsible for orchestrating end-to-end support operations, optimizing workflows, and ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction across industrial environments.

  • Lead operational performance of our AI-augmented remote support system

  • Manage technician teams and coordinate escalations from AI to human experts

  • Ensure SLA compliance, rapid response, and high customer satisfaction

  • Continuously refine support workflows and tools in collaboration with AI/Product teams

  • Represent the service organization to key OEM and operator clients

  • Deliver training and feedback mechanisms that enhance AI learning loops

  • Engage with multilingual service tooling and Things OS telemetry systems

What you bring

  • 4+ years in technical service management, support engineering, or field service

  • Domain knowledge in at least one of the following industrial verticals is required:

    • Injection molding

    • CNC machinery

    • Packaging

  • Experience managing support teams or service delivery in industrial/OEM contexts

  • Familiarity with support platforms (CRMs, ticketing systems) and remote access tools

  • Understanding of industrial connectivity (e.g., OPC-UA, MQTT) is a plus

  • Excellent coordination, communication, and customer-facing skills
