To reduce service costs, you can carry out remote maintenance with Cloud Connect. This gives your machine manufacturer temporary access to your PLC.
Necessary requirements:
The Hilscher Compact Edge Gateway must be installed.
The machine must be switched on and ready for operation.
The machine's OPC UA server must be accessible from the gateway.
Remote maintenance is currently only available for BOLE machines.
